Cancellation / No Show Policy

Cancellations, generally, must be made 12 hours prior to appointment time to not be considered a “no-show.” Exceptions will be nmade on a case by case basis for extenuating circumstances. 

First Offense:      Mulligan
(Everybody has unexpected conflicts, we give you one freebee.)

Second Offense: 50% of the Service Booked
(must be paid prior to booking another appointment) If you do not pay, your appointment will be cancelled.

Third Offense:     100% of the Service Booked
(must be paid prior to booking another appointment) If you do not pay, your appointment will be cancelled.
